Marilyn RaY was born in 1954, and is one of the well known Lewis sisters from Acoma Pueblo. The sisters include Judy Lewis, Carolyn Concho, Diane Lewis, and Rebecca Lucario. Marilyn was influenced in her pottery development by her grandmother, Dorthy S. Sanchez (d). Marilyn creates beautiful storytellers and friendship bowls.
