Travis Nieto is a young Zuni carver whose serpentine or ricolite fetish carvings of bears and mountain lions are attractive and appealing to a wide range of Zuni collectors. Travis also makes nice frog fetishes from jet and other materials. Travis started carving Zuni fetishes when he was in middle school. Travis and his brother, Frank Nieto, are carvers as is his father, Vern Nieto. | ||
